Tuna and White Bean Pesto Pasta
1 garlic clove
3 tbsp olive oil
¼ tsp red pepper flakes
1 can tuna in oil, drained
1 can cannelloni or butter beans, drained
¼ cup Genoese Fresh Basil PESTO
250g cooked pasta (spaghetti, fettucine or penne)
Boil and drain pasta.
Heat olive oil in a frypan. Saute garlic (1 min).
Stir in pepper flakes, tuna, beans and pesto.
Stir all ingredients through pasta.
Heat through and serve.
