Pesto Panini
Ingredients
125g cream cheese
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp Genoese Fresh Basil CHUNKY PESTO
8 slices sourdough bread (or 4 Paninis)
softened butter
16 slices ham
16 slices Italian salami
1 can artichoke hearts, drained and pulled apart
Method
Preheat panini press. Combine pesto, cream cheese and lemon juice until smooth.
Butter the bread, flip over and spread with pesto cream.
Place 4 slices, butter side down, on the panini press.
Layer with ham, artichoke, salami and top with the other slice of bread.
Grill for 3-5 minutes.
