Pesto Mash
Ingredients
1kg potatoes
100g butter
½ cup grated parmesan
¼ cup olive oil
3 tbsp Genoese Fresh Basil PESTO
Method
Boil and drain potatoes. Mash with butter and oil.
Mix through parmesan and pesto and serve.
