Pesto Chicken Wraps
Ingredients
Soft Wrap/Tortilla
2 tbsp Genoese Fresh Basil CHUNKY PESTO
Grated carrot
Shredded cooked chicken or chicken steak
Spinach or lettuce leaves
Avocado
Sliced tomato
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
Spread pesto on inside of wrap.
Fill with all other ingredients.
Serve fresh or heat in a sandwich press.
