Pesto Chicken Wings
1/2 cup Genoese Fresh Basil CHUNKY PESTO
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup chilli sauce
1/4 cup honey
handful of chopped basil
Handful of chopped mint
Marinate the wings in the pesto, vinegar, chilli sauce and honey, overnight if possible.
Roast at 200°C for 40 minute, turning frequently. Toss with chopped herbs and serve.
