Green Salad with Pesto Drizzle
Ingredients
Green salad:
Lettuce or baby Spinach, cherry tomatoes, red onion, capsicum, feta, snow pea shoots, avocado ….
2 tbsp Genoese Fresh Basil PESTO DRIZZLE
Juice of 1 lemon
Method
Toss salad vegetables together.
Pour over lemon juice and pesto Drizzle.
Toss to combine and serve.
