Camembert with Pesto and Pinenuts
Ingredients
1 block Camembert cheese
1 tbsp Genoese CHUNKY PESTO
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 tbsp Pinenuts
Method
Preheat oven to 190°C.
Cut the top surface rind off the cheese and place on baking paper, on oven dish.
Mix the pesto, olive oil and pinenuts.
Pour over the top of the cheese.
Bake at 190°C for 10 mins.
Transfer to a platter and serve with crostini or crackers.
