These ingredients hit flavour notes that change a product from good to great!
We work with many fresh herbs including Basil, Dill, Coriander, Mint, Lemon-grass, Thyme, Fresh Oregano, Rocket, and Watercress. If the herb you want is not listed above we will find what you want. Our Recipes offer suggestions and inspiration.
Food safety and quality are paramount; we have a HACCP based food safety programme. Our herb sanitation system was developed by us to achieve the highest standards.
We will pack these products to suit your batch sizes in plastic tubs or bag in box and bulk in 10kg and 20kg pails.
