As food lovers working alongside some leading New Zealand chefs we have perfected recipes that will have your menus singing with taste sensations!

Made fresh every week, all Genoese Pesto's and Tapenades use carefully selected ingredients to give maximum flavour, colour and aroma to make any dish or product taste great.

To bring you the fresh herb taste all year round we grow our own herbs in Fiji and also have growers in New Zealand supplying only the freshest herbs.

Use them in dips and spreads, appetisers, antipasto platters, soups, breads, muffins, entrées, salads, with vegetables, marinades, mayonnaise, sauces, dressings, beef, chicken, lamb, pork, fish, shellfish, pasta, cheeseboards, vegetarian dishes, sandwiches or baguettes. Link to recipes
